We're building our future lead bench from within. If you've put in the work and want to take the next step, apply below. New candidates are admitted every month.

Who can apply: Any current Glass House team member who's worked at least 30 days with strong attendance and punctuality. Top applicants are invited to an in-person interview, then admitted to a paid 2-hour Lead Training course — graduates earn a $1.00/hr raise and are tagged as Lead on Deck.
